Our Founders were born into the food world—starting in their family bakeries and restaurants, working on lines in professional kitchens, working as a private chefs for NBA athletes, and building restaurants. this journey evolved into entrepreneurship and investing in food, beverage, and CPG brands. This lifetime of experience uncovered a common thread: the desire to empower culinary professionals with meaningful work and unwavering support.

With experience as a private chef for Numerous Professional Athletes including the NBA and EuroLeague, as well as Top corporate executives, children, adults and seniors, Jeremy specializes in performance-driven nutrition and elevated dining. Mentored by top New York chefs, Jeremy seamlessly blends refined technique with the demands of health conscious individuals and high-profile clientele. Beyond the kitchen, Jeremy brings a deep understanding of food and beverage, combining culinary artistry and fun with strategic industry insight.
